Original commissioned work as well as
buying limited edition artwork is available
for purchase through our company.

When purchasing artwork a standard 1/3
non-refundable deposit is to be made at
the time of ordering. At that time, if you
need to make arrangements for paying the
deposit, please call me directly. Once the
deposit is made, you can have up to a year
with no interest to pay off the artwork
that you order.

If you have ordered artwork that has to
be delivered for a certain deadline or
make a rush order, an expedite charge of
$80 will be applied to the order. If you
need to split payments up on several
sculptures, please either call or email
me. The best thing if ordering multiple
pieces of artwork is to put the 1/3
deposit on each piece of artwork ordered
and then pay off one piece at a time
(preferably the one you want to get first).

Resin sculptures that are ordered unpainted
will be cleaned and prepped for painting. If
you desire to order the unpainted resin "raw",
please let me know when placing your order.

Hardwood bases can be ordered at any
time. Please call or email me
for current pricing information.

Painting Policies:

I will make every provision to get the
right color when you place your order.
If you want a color to be exactly like
a particular subject matter, please
mail me photos of examples. Since
jpeg photos can be distorted, I will
do my best to get the color as I see
it on the computer.

Prices on paint jobs will vary, so please
call or email me for current information.
If you email me, (unless you live outside
the U.S.), please include your phone number
so I can call you back if I have any questions.

Payment forms:

Personal check or money orders receive a 3% cash
discount. Debit and credit cards are accepted
through www.PayPal.com

There is a $35 charge for returned checks.

You can receive a $50 discount for ordering
resin sculptures (unpainted) in "raw" rough cast.
Sprues are removed and holes are filled, but
there will be sanding of seam lines, some
filling on seam lines and overall sanding
on the sculpture's surface.

If artwork is ordered and a deposit is
placed you can choose to make payments.
If after a year, no additional
payments are made, the sculpture
will be sold, but the deposit
will remain on account for
future purchases.

Shipping Policies:

We prefer to ship FedEx Ground. Shipping,
handling, and insurance is added to the cost
of each resin depending on the method used
and whether insurance is added. Please let
me know which way you prefer me to ship the
artwork to you and I will calculate the total.

The shipping charges are not applied until
the artwork is boxed and weighed. Unless
prior arrangements are made for paying the
shipping costs, you can pay through PayPal
(to get the model shipped right away) or
you can send a check or money order and
soon as we receive the payment,
your artwork will be shipped.

When giving us the shipping information,
please give us a physical address and a
valid phone number and let us know whether
this is a home delivery or business address.

We take every precaution to pack your artwork
in the best possible manor.

Return Policies:

Refunds will be given minus the 1/3
non-refundable deposit and a 15%
handling charge. The 1/3 non-refundable
deposit will be held on account and
can be used to put on a future
piece of artwork at
a later date.
